Last week we closed escrow on a wonderful, 1800 square foot, single family home in Simi Valley, CA where we represented the Buyers.  The young family purchased a home through their VA eligibility, and were handed the keys to the home of their dreams, when they originally thought that they would probably only qualify for a small condominium.  Both Charlie and Monica were thrilled to tears at the close of escrow!

This family had previously been working with another agent for almost a year, and was not able to find, let alone, get an offer accepted on ANY property.   Kyle Bilharz, one of our incredible sales partners, began working with them, and within 63 days, located, and, with multiple offers on the property, successfully negotiated the home for them.

Charlie and Monica came to our offices to pick up their keys and final paperwork.  The entire Stephen Christie Group Team greeted them in our lobby, to give our well wishes.  As you can imagine, it was a bit emotional and even their little girl was passing out hugs!
