When is the time right?

When is the best time to sell your home?

We talk to a lot of Sellers every day, and many are wondering if they should wait until the New Year to place their home on the market.   Well, my question to them is always, "When do you want to get the most money for your home and at the same time have less competition?"

Because if you are serious about selling your home, then now is the right time to put your home on the market!

Just a few of the reasons why NOW is the time:

•  What is going to happen when the market gets flooded with new homes for sale in January? Basic supply and demand!

•   And when the supply goes up, what happens to the demand for your particular home?  It has to go down!

•  When you put your home on the market now, how does that affect the demand?  Less homes to compete with,  which means the highest possible sales price for you!

•  The Buyers in the market place right now are motivated and serious.  No "tire kickers".

•   Most of all... with the current interest rates... Buyers know they better take advantage because the low rates may go away.

So... Do you want to get your home sold and possible at a better price?  Because if you are, you cannot afford to role the dice and wait until January or the Spring.  Is your calendar ready?  Let's set an appointment.

How to determine value when there are foreclosures in your neighborhood

We are often asked if short sales and foreclosures effect the value of the homes in the neighborhood, and, yes, they do. All recent sales are taken into consideration. However, there are some factors to also remember.

The most important aspect to remember is that when you are selling, the first one sold in the neighborhood is always at the highest price. Should you have any questions regarding the real estate values in your area, feel free to contact us. www.cghomes.com

♥ ♥ ♥ Love at first sight ♥ ♥ ♥

We are visual, and we more easily fall in love with that which is pleasing to the eye.  And the same goes for properly staging your home for sale.  Buyers are attracted to homes that show fabulously, from the landscaping, to the kitchen and familyroom, to the master bedroom and bath, and even to how well he closets are organized.

Remember the details, from the paint color to the flow of the floor plan.  You can always go to our website www.cghomes.com or call us with any inquiries about properly staging your home or selling your home.  Our Team would love to answer any questions you may have.
