This weekend I attended a Fall Festival at my son's elementary school. The day was filled with face painting, carnival games, jumpers and climbers, dunk tanks, and even a Haunted House. Of course, it was a picture perfect 80 degree, sunny Southern California day, with the air crisp and smelling of pizza, popcorn, and soda.
Even with the loud music from the Talent Show stage, and the screams and laughter of 5 to 10 year olds, a few adult reconnections were able to take place. We talked of how our kids are growing so quickly, how busy are lives seem to be, and how our businesses and careers were doing.
A funny thing happened....a friend whom I have known for years - since our kids were in pre-school, said to me, "My parents in San Diego decided to sell their home." "I figured since you are here, you couldn't help them, but, gosh, I wish you could!" "We want to make sure they are well taken care of!"
The funny thing is, I most certainly could have helped his parents! We know fabulous agents throughout the country, and even Canada, that we would refer to his parents, and feel completely confident that they would be well taken care of and represented.
This is why: Stephen Christie has been in real estate for well over 20 years, and throughout those 20 years, has developed relationships with hundreds of agents through his networks, training, and business affiliations.
