Is this a 2-5 year decision, or a 5-10 year decision, or a 10-25 year decision? What is most important to you and your family in that time period, and how do you desire your lifestyle to be in that time period? What are your family's needs?
Remember the increase we saw in 2006-2007? We WILL see an increase in 2013-2015, no doubt about it. Are you going to be "glad" you did, or "wish" you had bought this time around?
