There seems to be a "buzz" about how to use social media for marketing, specifically marketing listings.

If you are thinking about purchasing a home right now, you are surely getting a lot of advice. And most of that advice is probably inaccurate. 'Why buy now with prices still falling?' 'Don't you know that people who bought five years ago lost their shirt?' We understand the concern your friends and family have. However, let's look at whether or not now is actually the perfect time to buy a home....

The COST of a home will probably remain relatively unchanged even if prices continue to depreciate. Don't allow money to get in the way of your making the right decision for you and your family, and finding that perfect home. In the long run, the finances will work in your favor anyway.

Here is what I know...  After talking to several doctors, they all concur:  your body is your home.  How you take care of it NOW, determines the maintenance you will need in the future.

A home will stand for a long time, as long as you make sure the plumbing is maintained, the electrical system works, and that you care for this home.  Now, when I look at this scenario, I tend to wonder how people see themselves.  When they decide to put their home maintenance off, what happens?  Well, everything begins to fail and the home becomes a money pit nightmare.  Now let's take that same thought process with your body.  We get so busy with life.  We have financial issues, work, family and all other sorts of things happening, we put off our main thing that keeps our self together... Our home... Our body.  So what happens then?  We become overweight, build high stress levels, and then we are sick and either cannot recover or even worse, suffer a heart attack, even death.

I have had so many things take place in my life, I forgot my own heath for a while and it was showing in what I was getting back.  I went to my doctor and he asked, "So, how have you been taking care of that home?"  Meaning, have I been eating right?  Have I been exercising?  Have I been taking time off for myself?  So many things came to mind!  I'd forgotten one of the reasons I was good for my family, friends and clients was that I took care of my "home".
